AFMDC) is a project of Aziz Fatima Trust. It is approved by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Board (PM&DC) and is affiliated to the University of Health Sciences Lahore. Aziz Fatima Hospital is a teaching hospital for the clinical practice of medical students with AFMDC. Adjacent to the college campus is three spacious hostels with all facilities, including boarding for girls and boys for about 600 students. Security personnel is on duty 24 hours a day.
