The university began operations in November 2002, taking over two federal government colleges in Karachi, the Federal Urdu Science College, and the Federal Urdu Arts College, which were established in 1949 by the father of Urdu, Dr Abdul Haq. The merit system of any offered program consists of entrance tests and academic marks in the final degree. Federal Urdu University Entry Test Merit Lists, Waiting Lists, Results, and List of Selected Candidates are displayed simultaneously on the University premises. The university offers a variety of degree programs that lead to officially recognized higher education degrees, such as bachelor’s degrees in many fields of study. Admissions are now open for business administration, computer science, applied physics, economics, and Urdu programs at the university.
FUUAST University has been operating since November 2002 by occupying two Federal Government Colleges in Karachi namely Federal Urdu Science College and Federal Urdu Arts College which was established in 1949 by Baba Urdu Dr. Abdul Haq.
Candidates can apply online through the Islamabad Campus website www.fuastisb.edu.pk. After filling out the online entry form. Students can print the admission form and submit it to the university along with the relevant documents and processing fee voucher. 2000 / – in HBL bank account or pay order Rs. 2200 / – in the name of FUUAST Islamabad.
