The prescribed application form can be obtained from the office of Deputy Registrar Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences Jamshoro on any working day during office hours or can be downloaded from the University website Ilmadda.com. The fee prescribed in favor of Vice-Chancellor LUMHS Jamshoro along with the required documents along with the amount of DD / Pay order must reach the office of the signatory after February 2023.
