The University of Okara is a public sector institution established under the Punjab Government of Higher Education. UO currently has 5 faculties and about 4 4000 students are enrolled in various fields and academic session 2023. University officials have decided to expand their academic and research activities and the Punjab government has provided generous funding for this purpose.
